Our company has established a comprehensive product identification and full-process traceability management system for stainless steel threaded fittings. During production, each product is marked with its corresponding Heat No. by inkjet printing or laser marking in accordance with our internal quality management requirements, ensuring an accurate link between the product and its raw material heat batch information.

The factory uses an ERP management system to manage the entire process, including orders, raw materials, production and processing, quality inspection, packaging and shipment. Through the product Heat No. and relevant production records, information such as the corresponding raw material batch, Material Test Report (MTR), production order, production date, processing and inspection records, product specifications and quantities can be traced.

At the same time, the ERP system records the corresponding sales orders, shipment batches, customer information and relevant application fields. Complete electronic records and internal files are maintained from the initial entry of the customer order through to the final shipment of the products.

Therefore, our stainless steel threaded fittings are supported by a full-process traceability system that uses the Heat No. as the core identification information and the ERP system as the management platform. Based on the product Heat No., complete traceability can be achieved from raw materials → production and processing → quality inspection → packaging → shipment → customer, ensuring that the product source, production process and distribution are fully documented and verifiable. Our relevant products are mainly used in water supply and drainage, building piping, general industrial piping, fluid transportation, food equipment, pumps and valves, and other industrial fields. In accordance with our internal compliance and quality management requirements, we retain relevant records of customers, export countries or regions, and application fields. In principle, the relevant traceability records are retained for no less than 10 years for future reference.
