From Pilot Testing to Cross-Factory Rollout: Intelligent Upgrades of Tapping Equipment Continue

To further improve production efficiency, reduce labor-intensive operations, and enhance manufacturing automation, KH is continuing to advance the intelligent upgrading of its tapping equipment.

During the initial stage of the project, KH conducted pilot equipment trials and upgrade validation, continuously refining the upgrade plan based on actual operating conditions.

Current operating results show that the upgrade has effectively improved tapping efficiency, reduced reliance on repetitive manual work, and further enhanced the intelligent management of equipment and production. As the relevant efficiency data are still being collected, no specific improvement percentage is being released at this stage.
KH’s pilot program has also provided valuable practical experience for implementing similar upgrades at other production facilities. Based on the existing equipment and actual manufacturing requirements, more than 75% of the overall upgrade has now been completed, with the remaining work progressing in an orderly manner.

From initial trials and continuous improvements to cross-factory implementation, KH will continue upgrading its production equipment, gradually reducing labor-intensive operations and improving manufacturing efficiency and automation. These efforts will provide a more reliable manufacturing foundation for stable production and long-term development.
