The first staff tug-of-war Competition of Cangzhou KH FITTINGS Corp. : Unite as One, Gather Strength for the Future

CANGZHOU, China - May 23, 2025 -  - Cangzhou KH Fittings Corp. ("KH") ,the factory area was filled with excitement and cheers - a tug-of-war competition for enterprise employees with the core theme of "The Power of Unity" was in full swing. Twelve strong teams from various departments (7 men's teams and 5 women's teams) gathered on the field, writing glorious chapters for their teams with sweat and cheers.
The Seven Powers are vying for supremacy! The men's group staged a peak showdown of "strength and resilience"
The men's competition venue can be called a "hardcore battlefield". Seven teams, namely the logistics team, the casting front section team, the casting back section team, the CNC Team 1, the CNC Team 2, the ordinary lathe team, and the valve assembly team, took the stage in turn, engaging in a fierce battle with "ropes" as the boundary. The casting front team was the first to stand out with its solid chassis skills, while the "double CNC" combination of the CNC Team 1 and Team 2 broke the deadlock repeatedly with their seamless cooperation. The performance of the post-casting team was particularly astonishing. This team, composed of front-line technical backbones, demonstrated the trait of "rock-solid" from the first round of the elimination round: the players' feet were as firm as nails in the ground, their backs and waists were like bows and Bridges, and every force they exerted was accompanied by a unified chants, vividly interpreting the team spirit of "When people's hearts are united, even Mount Tai can be moved". After three rounds of elimination and two rounds of finals, the team Behind the Cast ultimately achieved a stable performance with "zero mistakes", crossing the marking line with a thunderous momentum in the decisive set and claiming the men's group championship!
Women are no less capable! The women's group's "soft power" burst forth with "resilient strength"
The competition in the women's group was equally thrilling. The five "all-female teams" of logistics, wax shooting, wax repair, post-treatment and machining, although fewer in number than the men's group, ignited the entire venue with their "small size but big energy" attitude. The wax shooting team launched the attack first and once held the upper hand with their flexible positioning adjustments. The wax repair team, on the other hand, adopted a "steady and cautious" strategy to keep the score close. Then, the addition of the organizing team made the battle even more intense - they defused multiple crises with meticulous collaboration, fully demonstrating the trait of "softness with strength". Ultimately, the machining team emerged as a "dark horse" and broke through the encirclement: the team members held hands to form a "human wall", and even though their palms were marked with red marks by the hemp rope, they never let go. When the red silk symbolizing victory slowly crossed their team's marking line, thunderous cheers erupted from the sidelines. This young team, with an average age of only 28, wrote the glorious legend of the women's group with unity and perseverance.
Glorious Moment: Promoting integration through Competition and Gathering Development Synergy
After the competition, the general manager of the company personally presented trophies, certificates of honor and prizes to the men's champion Casting back-end team and the women's champion Machining team, and presented commemorative MEDALS to the runner-up and third-place teams. On the awarding stage, the team members held the trophies high, their sweat and smiles interwoven into the most touching scene - this was not only an affirmation of their competitive strength, but also a vivid footnote to the company's "unity and cooperation" culture.
The early summer breeze swept across the factory area, rustling the numbers on the scoreboard and warming the hearts of the workers. This tug-of-war competition was not only a contest of strength but also a "grand parade" of team spirit: from the foundry workshop to the machining line, from logistics support to technological research and development, workers from different positions found a common goal at both ends of the rope, and with their sweat, they cultivated a team consensus of "thinking in one direction and working with one heart". As Ren Zhongye, the head of the company's trade union, said in his summary: "At both ends of the tug-of-war rope, one end is connected to past struggles, and the other end is tied to future hopes." This spirit of unity and progress is precisely the powerful driving force for KH's continuous development.
 
The sports field has now returned to calm, but those figures striving with all their might for honor, the continuous cheers, and the tightly clasped hands have long become the most vivid footnotes in the memory of KH people.
